How to Manage Your Thick, Coarse and Painful Hair

Recently, I've seen cases of ladies with feeble scalp, but coarse and thick hair. They believe their hair is thicker than the local sponge...lol   So, I've decided to write this piece on How to Manage Your Thick, Coarse and Painful Hair, Enjoy!
 The first thing you need to do is to: Get the right hair stylist. Not every hair stylist can deal with thick hair, find the one who does.
Take your time to look for quality hair shampoo and conditioner. Wrong choices will earn you bad results.
Do not try to over wash your hair. Try the co-washing method where you wash your hair with hair conditioner only
Make sure you allow your hair dry naturally. Hot dryers will cause more harm than good.
Apply Hair serum (oil) you can opt for the hot oil treatment, just warm your olive oil in microwave; massage into your hair; cover for 15 minutes or more and rinse with warm water.
Avoid styling products that contain alcohol, they can freak out your hair and make it dry out
Trim your hair split (ends) frequently at least once in three weeks
To really enjoy that thick and painful hair, make sure you select your hair styles carefully. Opt for styles that won't make you cry. Avoid too tight braids.
Treat your hair often; it can eliminate the coarse part of your hair. Hair product like Argan oil helps a lot.
Divide your hair into sections when styling or applying hair products. Your hairstylist can help with that
Get a good comb/hair brush. Wide toothed comb removes tangles gently with less pain
Finally, allow your thick hair enjoy fresh hair. You don't want to get your angry…lol
